A couple from New York bought land in Goshen, Connecticut.

The site was challenging in that there was a going to be a steep driveway with very little level area to deal with parking. I basically drew a 24ft x 24ft garage with sufficient space in front to turn around and still have room to accommodate to guests. The entry obviously had to be convenient to the parking area and the stairway to the main living level inviting.
